Smart cards play a fundamental role for the protection and application of cryptographic keys for authentication, encryption and electronic signatures. Based on long lasting experiences from smart card projects with international reach ecsec GmbH supports its customers in the following areas:

• consulting and training with respect to smart card technology,

• consulting with respect to the usage of electronic identity cards, electronic health cards, signature cards, banking cards and similar cards for authentication and electronic signature,
